Comment Period for Draft Environmental Impact Statement to Remain Open
The public review and comment period for the Red River Valley Water Supply Project Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which was to have ended tomorrow, will be extended, according to the Bureau of Reclamation’s Dakotas Area Manager Dennis Breitzman.
