Deputy Manager Hired

Dave Koland, Bismarck, accepted an offer by the Garrison Diversion Board of Directors naming him the Deputy Manager for the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District in Carrington, North Dakota. He will assume his duties in Carrington on June 1, 2002.
