Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District (the ‘District”) will meet on January 13, 2011, beginning at 2:00 p.m. in District Offices, 401 Highway 281 Northeast, Carrington, North Dakota, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on a proposal that the District issue revenue bonds under Chapter 61-24, N.D.C.C., in order to finance the project described below.
