Roger Fenstad and David Anderson Sworn In to Board of Directors
CARRINGTON (February 14, 2011) - The Garrison Diversion Conservancy District welcomes Roger Fenstad, P.E., Cass County, and Dave Anderson, Pierce County, to the Board of Directors. Roger and Dave were both elected to the board in November’s general election and sworn in to office at January’s board meeting.
