Sunny Skies Greet Golfers at Top O’ the Day Tee-Off
A warm, sun-filled day welcomed the seventh annual Dushinske-Jamison Top O’ the Day Tee-off Scholarship Golf Scramble on Aug. 9. The golf scramble is sponsored by the North Dakota Water Education Foundation (NDWEF), with proceeds benefiting the Dushinske & Jamison Water Resources Scholarship Endowment. The endowment was established by the NDWEF in memory of Russell Dushinske and Warren Jamison for their many years of dedicated service to water development in North Dakota. Each year, two $1,000 scholarships are awarded to students attending a North Dakota college or university and whose families have taken an active role in state water resource management.
